Yes, there are many different resources available for people to progress in their recovery at home, from concierge services to digital therapeutics, and from virtual IOPs to simple support meetings.
One at-home recovery program offered by Advanced Recovery Resources includes daily micro learning interventions that are designed to help break old patterns. These are delivered to the participant’s phone for maximum engagement and accountability tracking. This program also includes unlimited access to live facilitated sessions through Innovia Life, which cover a wide range of topics for continued growth beyond the traditional recovery framework.
Virtual IOPs
The availability of virtual and telehealth services rose significantly during the first half of the 2020s and are now a staple in the industry. This includes virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOPs). While there are a few national providers, there are many in-state options to choose from, as they have to be licensed to deliver this type of treatment.
In-Home Treatment Options
There are a few in-home treatment providers that blend virtual services with in-person visits. These aren’t available in all 50 states, but their presence is growing across the country.
Virtual Recovery Support Groups
There are now hundreds or even thousands of recovery support groups delivered virtually every week around the country. These include more traditional 12 step meetings through organizations like AA & NA, as well as programs like SMART Recovery, and others.
